This role will assist in maintaining project standards, tracking performance, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.Key Responsabilities:Support the PMO in maintaining project governance frameworks, standards, and best practicesAssist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress against milestonesPrepare and maintain project documentation (status reports, risk logs, RAID logs, dashboards)Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholdersCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes and action itemsTrack risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation when requiredSupport resource planning and capacity trackingAssist with financial tracking, budgeting, and cost reporting (where applicable)YOUR PROFILEBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field0–2 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or administrative rolesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong organizational and time management skillsEffective communication (written and verbal)English language fluencyGood attention to detail and data accuracyAnalytical mindset with basic reporting skillsStakeholder coordination and collaboration skillsProblem-solving attitude and willingness to learnWHAT WE ´LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?
