Job Title: Reception and Customer Service Specialist
The primary objective of this position is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the spa reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and maintain accurate records of bookings, stock, and supplies.
* Monitor daily operations and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and overall service quality.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the reception and spa areas.
* Provide excellent customer service, handle guest complaints, and offer recommendations for treatments and retail products.
* Ensure efficient communication with colleagues and supervisors regarding customer needs and feedback.
