As a customer service representative for a food delivery brand, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and providing effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone or email, and respond to concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain open communication with couriers and partners to ensure seamless support and resolution of issues.
* Record and manage data in our CRM system to optimize customer interactions and improve overall service quality.
* Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to team and project success by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
* Bilingual native-level German speaker with at least B2 English proficiency.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively resolve customer complaints and provide excellent service.
* Professional and customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid work permit required for Portuguese citizens.
