Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Controller role based in Lisboa. The Junior Controller will be responsible for managing financial records, tracking budgets, preparing financial reports, assisting in audits, and monitoring the company's financial health. The position also involves collaborating with the management team to optimize processes, maintain compliance with financial regulations, and support business decision-making through accurate and timely data analysis. Qualifications Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting Familiarity with bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reconciliations Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Work experience in a similar role or internship in finance is a plus
