What do you need to be SMART ?
Fluent in French (oral and written) is mandatory.
Proven experience in IT/digital project management, ideally in Agile/Scrum environments.
Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM) or equivalent; deep knowledge of Scrum frameworks and, optionally, other Agile frameworks (SAFe, Kanban).
Solid understanding of software development life cycles, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills; ability to bring together cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset, customer-focused, and ability to translate business needs into concrete deliverables.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira/Confluence or equivalent, MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
What will your role be at SMART?
Plan, manage, and deliver IT/digital projects in line with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Define and manage scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and ensure the application of Agile values and practices.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, development teams, testers, and business stakeholders to maximize delivered value and product quality.
Prioritize the backlog based on business objectives and expected value, in liaison with the Product Owner.
Monitor metrics (Burndown/Burnup, velocity, value delivered, defect rate) and produce steering reports for the leadership.
Manage risks and dependencies, propose mitigation solutions, and ensure smooth change management.
Drive change management and support teams in adopting Agile practices and related tools.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards for security, quality, and governance for the projects.
