Salary: £1600 - £2000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
* Develop and implement sales plans to achieve room revenue, F&B, and events targets.
* Identify, negotiate, and secure new corporate, leisure, and group business.
* Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize long-term revenue.
* Drive MICE, group bookings, and long-stay business across properties.
Account & Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners.
* Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
* Represent the hotel group at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions.
Strategy & Market Analysis
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
* Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and distribution.
* Identify new markets and segments for business development.
Coordination & Collaboration
* Work closely with marketing, reservations, revenue, and operations teams.
* Ensure smooth handover of confirmed business to operations and events teams.
* Support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives across the group.
Reporting & Administration
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
* Maintain accurate data in CRM and sales systems.
* Track performance against targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3–5 years of sales experience in hospitality, within a hotel group is MANDATORY.
* Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Experience in corporate, leisure, and/or MICE sales.
