Exciting Opportunity to Work with a Leading IT Consultancy via Hays!
Your new role:
Design and implement CIAM solutions using Salesforce integrated with ForgeRock IDP.
Configure federated authentication via SAML 2.0, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
Ensure seamless Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), social login, and consent management.
Manage identity provisioning and attribute synchronization between Salesforce and ForgeRock.
Support the definition of access policies and risk/context-based adaptive authentication.
Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and scalability of CIAM solutions.
What you need to be successful:
University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' professional experience as a CIAM Specialist or equivalent.
Proven experience with Salesforce Customer Identity.
Expertise with ForgeRock as an Identity Provider (IDP), including realms, journeys, and identity trees.
Strong knowledge of authentication protocols: OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
