We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager
MAIN TASKS:
Improve operational processes and support critical business strategies by managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications systems
Supporting various clients' critical systems through your knowledge of software application support and deployment
Own the strategic and operational delivery to the end client
Manage the relationship with the client throughout the project duration
Be a main point of contact for solutions and services
Manage the application transformation and its delivery
Identify potential issues and take action to head them off before they eventuate, whether they be technical, requirements or people based
Collaborating with management to gather and analyze operational information.
Tracking implementation progress and reporting to management.
Responsible for Dashboard production specific to the activities of the Infrastructure Deployment & Support Department (ServiceNow).
Coaching managers and supervisors to improve implementation communication and realization.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
3+ years of experience working with IT infrastructure and production operation.
IT Risk and Cybersecurity
Coordination and motivation skills
Ability to work in a detailed-oriented and precise manner.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Hybrid role based in Lisbon (available to travel outside of Portugal)
