Sales Director
to recruit, mentor, and lead a new team of 5 to 7 real estate consultants.
This isn't just a management role; it's an opportunity to build a legacy within a powerhouse agency.
The Challenge:
Talent Scouting:
Recruit and build your own team of high-achievers from scratch.
Mentorship:
Implement our proven success methods to train and integrate new consultants.
Field Leadership:
Be the driving force on the ground, ensuring deals are closed and talent is retained.
Strategic Impact:
Work directly with the Agency Director to shape the future of our expansion.
Core Requirements:
Fluency in English
(Mandatory – essential for the Sintra/Cascais international market).
Portuguese Proficiency
(C1/C2 level for local negotiations).
Own Vehicle
and valid driver's license.
Flexible Availability
(Real estate excellence doesn't follow a 9-to-5 clock).
Proven experience in sales leadership or team management.
Resilience, high emotional intelligence, and a results-driven mindset.
