Requirements:
• 1 – 2 years of experience in in B2B or Outbound Sales, preferably in Digital Marketing.
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Strong ability to meet brand-specific KPIs and campaign ROI goals
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
• Native or fluent German and English B1
Key Skills & Knowledge:
• Excellent prospecting and lead generation abilities (cold calling, email, social outreach)
• Understanding of the sales funnel and pipeline management
• Tailoring campaign strategies to brand goals
• Direct negotiation and communication with in-house advertisers
• Deep client alignment and personalized campaign optimization
• Ownership of sales, client success, and campaign performance
Shifts:
Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
