Customer Success Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to support small and medium-sized businesses using digital advertising solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to customers before and after their purchases, helping them unlock the full potential of self-service advertising tools, and driving customer satisfaction (CSAT) through excellent product knowledge sharing.
* Be the go-to advisor for SMBs using digital advertising solutions
* Support customers through chat, email, and phone
* Help clients unlock the full potential of self-service advertising tools
* Share expert product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction (CSAT)
* Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care
* Champion a customer-first mindset in every interaction
Key Requirements:
* Fluent English (C1 and higher) both spoken and written
* Already living in Lisbon; this is an on-site role, no relocation support is available
* A natural communicator with empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills
* Independent and resourceful, but also a great team player
* Resilient and quick to adapt in a dynamic environment
* Comfortable handling confidential information
* Eager to learn and master new tools and platforms
* Holder of an EU passport or valid Portuguese residence card

* 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts + 1-hour break, rotational between 06.00 and 00.00 (weekends & holidays included)
