Dare to Have:Lead the design, development, and optimization of Workday integrations (inbound/outbound) using EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaSEnhance and maintain integrations related to employee data, payroll, and finance processesBuild calculated fields, custom reports, and use Workday APIs to enable smooth data flow and transformationWork with integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and API with XSLT transformationsManage secure file transfers (MFT) and help automate processes using DevOps toolsIntegrate with platforms like Azure, internal analytics tools, and external systemsContribute to technical documentation and process improvementsCollaborate with other developers and support junior integration engineers.What We’re Looking For:3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrationsWorkday Integration Certification (preferred)Solid expertise in Workday integration technologies and AzureComfortable with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio (nice to have), REST/SOAP APIsStrong knowledge of Workday HCM; experience with Finance, Payroll, or Learning is a plusConfident with XSLT, XML/JSON, and data transformation logicFamiliar with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, KubernetesExcellent communication and documentation skills.
