Due to our ongoing growth and upcoming capital deployment, Norfin is seeking to recruit a Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineer/Architect).
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Provide management with all necessary information for the preparation of economic and financial feasibility studies for projects.
2. Coordinate the development of economic and financial studies for each real estate project.
3. Ensure the effective implementation and adherence to the defined construction strategy.
4. Oversee project management across all phases and disciplines.
5. Coordinate analysis of real estate projects at various stages.
6. Ensure achievement of objectives related to costs and budgets.
7. Implement established tendering models.
8. Coordinate the preparation and launch of construction tenders and review proposals for final contract approval.
9. Manage hiring and coordination of architectural, engineering, and other relevant teams.
10. Monitor construction works and supervise teams on-site.
11. Ensure the final quality of construction works, minimizing defects or issues.
12. Guarantee projects are delivered on time.
13. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including liaising with licensing authorities.
14. Oversee implementation of brand standards in project design and fit-out, where applicable.
15. Ensure best practices in operational and maintenance phases.
Role Requirements:
1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
2. 8–10 years of professional experience.
3. Experience in urban planning, project development, and management of urban operations; experience in tourism-related projects is a plus.
4. Experience in real estate or hospitality projects is valued.
5. Strong project management experience.
6. Significant experience in construction, large-scale developments, and specialist installations.
7. Proven ability to manage under pressure.
8. Solid background in site management.
9. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
10. Expert negotiation skills.
11. Strong market and construction solutions knowledge.
12. High-level decision-making capabilities.
13. In-depth knowledge of licensing processes and regulations.
14. Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD.
15. Strong financial analysis skills for real estate projects.
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
