* 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, business analysis, or project management roles.
* Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks, KPIs, and strategic performance tracking tools.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
* Experience working with senior management or executive stakeholders is a plus.
* Knowledge of the banking or financial sector is an advantage.
