Job Description
We're looking for a seasoned designer to lead the evolution of our product experience. This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of design across the product, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and implementation teams to ensure design is embedded into every step of our process, and you'll help shape how we scale design in the years ahead.

Some key responsibilities include:
* Leading end-to-end design initiatives, from discovery to delivery
* Designing and documenting flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
* Creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries
* Conducting user research and usability testing to inform and validate decisions
* Translating complex industrial use cases into simple and effective user experiences
* Collaborating closely with product and engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
* Mentoring junior designers and helping establish design best practices
* Advocating for the user in product discussions and strategic decisions
Requirements
You're a systems thinker, a proactive collaborator, and someone who balances craft with pragmatism. You'll thrive in this role if you bring:
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in B2B or SaaS products
* Strong command of Figma and experience building and managing design systems
* A portfolio that shows a clear design process, thoughtful UX decisions, and clean UI
* Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and applying insights
* Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects from concept to completion
* Good grasp of technical constraints and how design impacts development
* Curious mindset and drive to continuously improve the product and user experience
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
