Key responsibilities:
* Create infrastructure engineering definition/drawing
* Analyze, develop, interpret, and implement complex system design and architecture specifications, data models, and diagrams for TopSky solutions
* Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools (COTS and TopSky) to ensure high levels of systems and infrastructure availability
* Liaise with project management and Design Authorities to ensure all TopSky deployment work is completed within timelines and to standards
* Implement, troubleshoot, manage, and monitor installed systems and infrastructure
* Analyze, implement, evaluate, and monitor network infrastructure to ensure networks operate at optimal performance and according to TopSky needs
* Administer and maintain the integrity of configuration baselines (COTS and TopSky-related) for configuration control in TopSky projects
* Provide technical support to end-users and internal engineering teams and resolve technical inquiries
Key relationships:
* Engineering teams: Collaborate to provide engineering services to achieve delivery outcomes
* Project delivery teams: Provide engineering services to support project delivery
Required skills and qualifications:
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role/function
* Written and oral proficiency in English
* Availability to travel abroad for periods up to 1 month – each 2 or 3 months
* Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
