Join a growing SSC in LisbonIT Lead AuditorClient DetailsOur client is a specialised SSC based in Lisbon.DescriptionYou'll be a member of the internal control department of the company.Your missions will be:Responsible for IT audit examinations with staff and review results in compliance.Collect information relevant to the problem, disciplined in ascertain of the root cause, identify and develop a practical solution, communicate the findings and implement actions to resolve the problem.Create work papers in support of audit work.Develop subordinates and provide on-the-job training and daily supervision of staff, including review of their work.Develop recommended changes in existing operational and/or financial policies and procedures to correct actual or potential deficiencies or improve internal control.ProfileFluency in English language.Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or other related area.Minimum of six to eight years' experience in Accounting, Auditing Business, or IT.Excellent audit skills and keen perception of procedures and methods when no policy or procedures are in place.Must be able to quickly cultivate respect and confidence from auditors and effectively adapt to change with contacts and functions, think quickly with clarity under significant time pressure as decisions are made in an environment away from their established home locations.Able to apply analytical/critical thinking and business acumen.Job OfferGood work environment.Personal and career growth.Work/life balance.Hybrid work system.
