Your New Role
They are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead their internal IT infrastructure team. This role requires a strong technical understanding of cloud and on-premise infrastructure, with a focus on secure operations and service reliability. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people leadership skills and foster a positive working culture aligned with our people-first values.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the infrastructure team
Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure operations across cloud and hybrid environments.
Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and security standards.
Oversee the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of infrastructure services including Azure, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure supports business needs and performance requirements.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to infrastructure services.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in infrastructure management with a focus on cloud technologies (Azure).
Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, identity management, and security principles.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services including IaaS, PaaS, Active Directory, and networking.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and project management methodologies.
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
ITIL Foundation Certification or higher
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification
