The role – Endpoint Administrator
We are looking for an Endpoint Administrator who will be integrated into the Asset Management & Windows team in charge of the management, deployment, and maintenance of the Windows Workstation. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Providing support in SCCM application packaging and deployment
* Managing the full driver lifecycle
* Overseeing Group Policy Object (GPO) creation, maintenance, and deployment
* Conducting advanced troubleshooting across Windows and security‑related environments.
Your profile
* BSc or MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least five years of professional experience in similar technical roles
* Proficiency in SCCM administration, including application packaging, OSD, driver lifecycle management, and Windows updates
* Demonstrated experience in Group Policy Object (GPO) management, creation, modification, and deployment
* Advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities
* Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows 11, SCCM, Office updates, software deployment and installation
* Experience with Intune administration and implementation would be considered an advantage
* Familiarity with macOS and iOS management would be valued
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
