Responsibilities:
1. Exchange of information with end customers
2. Create contracts according to commercial negotiations
3. Chase contract signatures and pending documents
4. Coordinate (not create) the reconciliation process and identify possible issues with end customers
5. Coordinate with internal departments and customers for the proper execution of contracts
6. Update internal systems
7. Keep aircraft documentation handy and up to date
8. Maintain organized records and files within the department
9. Maintain an active Salesforce database and respond to non-suitable requests in coordination with the sales director
10. Notify authorities of upcoming flights (FAA, ANAC, etc.)
11. Create and manage budgets
12. Provide PA support to the sales team
13. Manage hotel and transportation bookings for the sales teams for professional purposes
14. Collect expenses and coordinate with the finance team
15. Control and update customer databases
16. Maintain data for focal points of customers in the system
17. Maintain control of the whitelist for approved operators
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher
2. Previous professional experience in the aviation industry is a plus
3. Multicultural awareness with excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication
4. Strong time management skills;
organized, methodical, and persistent
5. Assertiveness, cordiality, prioritization, common sense, and punctuality
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
7. Capability to work under pressure and meet goals
8. Fast learner with high motivation
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory;
additional languages are a plus
11. Immediate availability for employment
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable
