Your New Role
As a Processing Lawyer, you will be instrumental in supporting legal operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of administrative and procedural tasks. You will collaborate closely with senior legal professionals and clients, handling documentation, certifications, and legal submissions with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Assisting lawyers in the preparation of legal documents and reports;
* Preparing residence applications and official requests;
* Managing the certification and authentication of documents and signatures;
* Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information;
* Handling the process of obtaining Portuguese tax identification numbers (NIFs);
* Preparing and submitting requests to official entities via physical or digital channels;
* Organizing and maintaining legal files and administrative records;
* Supporting para-legal functions and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Law degree and registration with the Portuguese Bar Association;
* Fluency in English (spoken and written);
