Conversion-Focused Designer
We are seeking a creative and ambitious designer to join our team. As a key member of our growth-focused design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to design high-converting presell pages, offer pages, and checkout flows that drive revenue and improve customer engagement.
You will work closely with our growth managers and creative team to transform insights into designs that optimize conversion rates, average order value, and revenue per session.
* You should have a proven track record of designing for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands and improving revenue/session through A/B testing and optimization.
* Design Tools & Technical Skills: Expertise in Figma and Photoshop is essential, with some knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand implementation constraints. Experience with responsive layouts and design systems is also required.
* Conversion & Revenue Focus: A proven record of increasing conversion rates and revenue per session, with examples of successful tests, is mandatory.
* User Experience & Psychology: A solid grasp of UX best practices, trust signals, persuasion principles, and the behavioral psychology that drives conversions and increases average order value (AOV) is necessary.
