We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the implementation of global and local HR initiatives, policies, and programs within our organization. This role acts as a trusted advisor to management and employees, ensuring effective people management, organizational development, and compliance with HR standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
* Implement global and local HR initiatives, policies, and programs across the supported business unit
* Partner with management to provide guidance on HR and people-related matters, acting as a trusted advisor
* Design, enhance, and manage HR systems to support organizational efficiency and employee experience
* Lead and coordinate performance management and grade review processes
* Support organizational development initiatives at company, BU, and departmental levels
* Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, relocation, adaptation, probation reviews, and terminations
* Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
* Facilitate employee development initiatives, including training needs assessments and talent development programs
* Administer compensation and benefits at the supported organization level, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
* Drive initiatives related to employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
* Ensure consistent communication and application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in international environments
* Strong experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across all levels of the business
* Proven ability to work across multi-country HR leadership with sensitivity to cultural differences
* Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
* Fluency in English (required); Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage
* Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization is highly desirable
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
