Your goal is not only to solve problems, but to build trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities
Provide professional, friendly, and efficient support to French-speaking customersHandle incoming calls and/or digital contacts (depending on assignment)Understand customer needs and offer clear, accurate solutionsTroubleshoot service and product issues following internal proceduresDocument interactions correctly in internal systemsEscalate complex cases when necessaryMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standardsWork collaboratively with your team and support departments What We Are Looking ForEssential Skills & Profile
