Head of Partnerships & Brand Collaboration ( Restaurant & Culinary Ecosystem)
About the role
We're looking for a partnerships leader who understands the
restaurant world
from inside the kitchen and on the business side — someone who can connect brands, chefs, suppliers, and hospitality groups through meaningful collaborations, not just sponsorship deals.
This role is also suited for
chefs or culinary professionals
who have moved into consulting, brand partnerships, product development, or industry advocacy — and want to act as a bridge between brands and the restaurant community.
The position has the potential to evolve into an
Industry Ambassador role
representing our initiatives across Europe & Asia.
What you will lead
Partnerships with:
* restaurant groups & independent operators
* chefs & culinary leaders
* suppliers, producers & equipment brands
* beverage, FMCG & lifestyle brands
* Co-created culinary & product collaborations
* Trade & industry partnerships (restaurant ecosystem focus)
* Brand activations with real operator relevance
* Cross-market connections between
Europe Asia
This is not a pure sales role — it's about
building long-term industry relationships and meaningful projects

Ideal Background
Restaurant/ Culinary Profile
* Chef, Culinary Director, R&D / Innovation, or Consultant
* Experience collaborating with brands, suppliers, or producers
* Credibility within the
chef & restaurant community
* Comfortable representing projects publicly & at events
or
Brand Strategist/ Business Development
* Partnerships, trade marketing, sponsorship, or business development
* Experience in F&B, hospitality, FMCG, or food tech
* Strong network across restaurant or food industry stakeholders
* Able to translate brand goals into
operator-relevant partnerships

Compensation & Structure
* Commission-based partnership model to start
