YOUR ROLE Develop strategies based on market analysis, competition, customer needs, and trends to identify product opportunities.
Gather customer requirements for new developments.
Participate in innovation forums and national and international cooperative projects.
Define the vision for future products aligned with the company's strategy.
Prioritize developments based on data and customer feedback.
Promote collaboration between teams to solve problems and make quick decisions.
Work with the marketing department on launch and promotion strategies.
Monitor competition, technologies, regulations, and economic changes.
Collect constant user feedback to improve products and foster innovation.
Identify strategic risks and create mitigation plans.
Ensure confidentiality and security of critical information in the performance of the role.Collaborating with Project Managers on contracts for the supply of Products, Systems and Accessories.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering, Communications/Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of Defence sector products, preferably communications.
Strong negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in innovation methodologies.
Expertise in market and data analysis.
Knowledge of product development methodologies.
Understanding of strategic management principles.
