IT Project Manager

About the role:
This is a key leadership position where you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects. As an IT Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and local Siemens entities, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project plans and status reports
* Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
* Coordinate with technical teams to define and deliver project requirements
* Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Develop and implement process improvements
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects
* Technical background and experience in managing product-driven software development projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in English language
