Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
* Coordinate the global implementation of IFRS15 across the division, ensuring compliant and consistent revenue recognition practices.
* Independently manage recurring controlling processes such as Monthly Business Reports (MBR), Current Forecasts (CF), and Business Planning (BP).
* Ensure the correct accounting treatment for paid development projects under IFRS15, focusing on accurate timing of revenue and cost recognition in the P&L.
* Act as key user for the IBM-IPA tool, bridging business requirements with technical and financial stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to continuously adapt tools and processes (CSS, MCR, RedLake) to IFRS15 standards.
* Lead process optimization initiatives for IFRS15 activities, organizing lessons learned and continuous improvement sessions.
* Coordinate internal and external audit activities, serving as the main interface between divisional management, corporate departments, and auditors (E&Y, C/AU).
* Drive harmonization of planning processes across the division to enhance efficiency, transparency, forecast quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field — specialization in Controlling preferred.
Experience:
* Ideally 5+ years of controlling experience, such as plant or divisional controlling, or a comparable finance role.
Know-how:
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PnL Series, and SAP; familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of IFRS15 and its application in revenue recognition and controlling.
* Interest in digitalization and the continuous improvement of financial processes.
Languages:
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.

* Structured, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Personality:
* Communicative, collaborative, and confident in engaging with stakeholders across all levels and cultures.
