In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend solutions for diverse e-commerce platforms. You will work on complex Shopware 6 projects, integrating advanced functionalities and collaborating with frontend developers to deliver seamless user experiences. Accountabilities
Configure, develop, and enhance Shopware 6 e-commerce platforms to meet client requirements.
Implement complex backend functionalities and custom extensions for high-traffic online shops.
Collaborate with frontend developers (Vue.js, React) to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
Explore and apply modern web technologies to improve platform performance and usability.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve workflows, features, and customer experience.
Maintain high-quality coding standards and adhere to best practices in software development.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Shopware 6.
Strong expertise in PHP, especially Symfony, and Python.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
Proficient with Git and standard development workflows.
3–5 years of practical experience in backend or full-stack development.
Degree or professional training in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
Professional German language proficiency at minimum C1 level.
Passion for programming, strong sense of responsibility, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
