Performroot-cause analysisand identify opportunities forprocess improvements.
Collaborate with developers, support members, and business stakeholders to ensure incidents are resolved efficiently.
Help document and maintain clear incident management workflows using Confluence.
Work in an Agile environment, helping to implement feedback loops and ensure the team is continuously improving.
Help bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives, ensuring that the resolution process addresses both short-term and long-term goals.What you should know/have to succeed in this role: 3+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience in incident management and Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent communication skillsto collaborate with developers and business stakeholders.
An understanding ofSQL language(basic knowledge is fine).
Ability to analyze incident patterns and recommend process improvements to avoid recurring issues.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with JIRA and ServiceNow for incident tracking and reporting.Do you have the global player DNA?
