Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute and optimize weekly email campaigns and promotional sends.
* Build and manage lifecycle automation strategies: onboarding, dormant reactivation, upsell/cross-sell.
* Lead segmentation and campaign optimization for agencies, brands and different buyer profiles.
The Email Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering value to our audience and generating qualified leads through targeted email workflows. Key objectives include building and scaling a revenue-generating email funnel, creating upsell and cross-sell flows tied to user intent and lifecycle stages, and using automation, segmentation and personalization to increase conversions.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B or agency/marketplace environments.
* Proven success in building email revenue funnels, ideally with upsell/retention mechanics.
* Experience in ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo or Marketo.
