Provide guidance and support to junior staff during audit processes. Ensure timely delivery of audit reports to clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards and financial regulations. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. Identify and mitigate financial risks during audits. Collaborate with other departments to improve auditing processes and efficiency. Profile6 - 10 years of professional experience in Audit within a Big Four firm. Proven experience in team management and project coordination. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and auditing standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Portuguese and English. A relevant degree or professional certification in accounting or finance.
