IP is responsible for management of Road Infrastructure and provides public service in management of the Infrastructure of the National Railway Network (RFN).
Responsibilities:
* Monitor the functionality and operation of stations and their equipment;
* Ensure compliance with concession contracts, including technical inspections of parking and commercial spaces;
* Superviseexternal service providers such as cleaning, security, utilities, and equipment maintenance;
* Monitor space occupancy and usage, and propose demolitions, vacuums, or space optimizations;
* Assist instation visits and events.
Requirements:
* Higher Education in Engineering;
* Professional experience in maintenance and coordination;
* Knowledgeof concession contracts, protocols, and projects (preferable);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD;
* Residencyin the Lisbon metropolitan area;
* Driving license;
* Availability for business travel;
* Proficiency in spoken and written English;
* Effectiveintegration into ongoing projects;
* Continuous professional training;
* Current social benefits offered by the company.
