We are looking for a
OneTrust Product Owner Assistant
to join our team. In this role, you will lead and evolve privacy, compliance, and data governance solutions, acting as a key link between business, legal, and technical teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-quality delivery.

What you will do
Own and manage the product backlog related to OneTrust and privacy solutions.
Act as a technical and functional lead for the OneTrust platform, ensuring best-practice configuration and usage.
Gather, analyze, and translate business, legal, and regulatory requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with engineering, legal, compliance, and risk teams across multiple stakeholders.
Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and drive continuous improvement.
Support and guide integrations with adjacent GRC and risk management tools.
Ensure solutions comply with data privacy and regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR, financial regulations).
What we are looking for
Mandatory
Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience with OneTrust
(administration or development).
Experience in
Product Ownership or Technical Lead roles
within Agile environments.
Strong understanding of
data privacy, compliance, and governance
topics.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
Professional
fluency in English
, written and spoken.
Nice to have
OneTrust
Senior or Master certification
.
Experience in
finance or capital markets
environments.
Experience with
multi-stakeholder change programs
.
Integration experience with tools such as
Archer, ServiceNow GRC
, or similar platforms.
