We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Executive Assistant. As an integral member of our organization, you will provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex calendars and meetings across time zones
* Organize travel logistics and executive scheduling
* Draft and edit reports, follow-ups, emails, and presentation materials
* Navigate and assist with key business tools such as LinkedIn, Monday.com, and Zoom
* Oversee email management, task prioritization, and internal coordination
* Act as a communication liaison and project support bridge between executives and teams
* Maintain confidentiality and consistently demonstrate professionalism
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting
Preferred Skills
* Proficient with LinkedIn (executive-level account management & messaging)
* Monday.com (task and project tracking)
* Zoom (meeting coordination and hosting)
* Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
