We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile: Technical Team Lead – Hybrid (Aveiro or Lisbon) What we are looking for Hard skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven team leadership experience, preferably leading developers in delivery-focused projects.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and architecture design patterns, and CI/CD tooling - Solid understanding of scrum methodology and experience using agile tools (e.G., Jira).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts.

- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
