As a Business Analyst OPEX Controlling for Automotive High Voltage Business Line on our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive.

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
Own OPEX planning and controlling as the key partner for the Business Line leadership and R&D teams — delivering actionable analysis, scenarios, and recommendations for strategic decisions
Manage quarterly forecasts for OPEX (especially R&D, but also SG&A, selected Cost of Sales) and headcount; monthly analyze actuals vs. forecast and provide insights for quarterly outlooks
Lead annual 5-year Bluebook R&D planning and headcount strategy, challenging product roadmaps and business cases for alignment with product plans
Ensure accurate project data by maintaining R&D projects in tools and databases, validating financial assumptions, and monitoring planned and actual expenses
Drive digitalization and automation initiatives through dashboards and streamlined controlling processes to boost efficiency and transparency
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
Hold a university degree in business administration, business information, industrial engineering, or a related discipline
Bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, ideally within the manufacturing or automotive sector
Possess a strong track record of working in cross-functional environments, preferably with hands-on exposure to Automotive Finance
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office (with a strong focus on Excel) and practical experience with SAP
Experience with Planning (e.g., OneStream) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau) as well as interest in creating dashboards and automation solutions to improve transparency and efficiency is a plus
Exhibit a strong interest in technology and technical products, with the ability to quickly understand and structure complex business topics
Communicate fluently in English, and thrive in an international, multicultural environment
