Support the HR function with a focus on absenteeism monitoring, data analysis, and process improvement.
Main responsibilities include supporting absenteeism control, administrative management of HR processes, contract management, and maintenance of employee records. Analyze and report data in Excel and other HR systems, prepare KPIs and dashboards, collaborate in execution and improvement of internal HR procedures.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Human Resources, Management, or related fields. They must have good Excel skills, a command of English, fluency in Portuguese, excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities, and a problem-solving mindset. Team players with good communication and collaboration skills are preferred.
