What you'll be doing: Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues;
Install, configure, andmaintain laptops, desktops, printers, and user accounts;
Support Microsoft environments, business applications, and IT infrastructure;
Troubleshoot incidents and ensure timely resolution of technical problems;
Assist with onboarding,system access management, and documentation;
Collaborate with international IT teams on improvement initiatives and projects.
You'll be a great match if you have: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field;
Experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or System Administration roles;
Knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and Active Directory;
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills;
Experience with Azure, virtualization, or ERP systems;
Knowledge of cybersecurity and backup solutions;
