Your contribution:
- Reporting Development: Develop and implement reporting strategies to enhance decision-making.
- Process Delegation: Act as process delegate for mobility divisions, focusing on harmonization, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Team Leadership: Lead the development team, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge transfer.
- Report Coordination: Oversee the creation of mobility electronics-specific reports aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage requirements and facilitate clear communication with stakeholders.
- Standardization Goals: Drive standardization of reporting across the mobility sector.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain report stability, manage versions, and support users.
Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering, natural sciences, business informatics, computer science, media and communication management, or related field.
- At least five years of experience in product development, project management, or consulting.
- Proficiency in data analysis and modeling; experience with Microsoft Project and iGPM MCR is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in an international team.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Self-reliant, analytical, systematic, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel within Europe, North America, and Asia.
