We are looking for a Purchase Manager with experience in the IT market to join the team.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and analyze the needs for raw materials and equipment, monitoring the IT market;
* Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), quotations, and contracts;
* Optimize costs and monitor supplier performance;
* Manage transportation, receipt, and logistics of purchased items;
* Validate renewal dates and alert the responsible account manager;
* Follow up after order submission and invoice validation;
* Ensure cost compliance and support the commercial team in pricing and proposal analysis;
* Financially validate new suppliers and analyze public contract documents.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strategic thinking aligned with the organization's principles;
* Negotiation skills to improve results with suppliers;
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in commercial and procurement processes;
* Knowledge of the company's purchased products;
