Job Description
The role of a Business Analyst is multifaceted, involving the support of various software platforms and solutions used across finance teams. These platforms include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record to Report, E-invoicing, SAF-T, Process Automation, Intercompany, and Treasury.
* Develop project scope and designs for finance applications, ensuring seamless navigation and functionality.
* Create detailed documentation, including business SOPs, user handouts, and technical specifications.
About Your Skills & Experience
* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar finance-support roles.
* Experience in finance application spaces, including SAP, E-invoicing solutions, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany, or process automation.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and collaboration tools.
* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English (speaking, understanding, reading, and writing).
Beyond these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret stakeholders' business goals into actionable deliverables. The successful candidate will be a liaison between IT and Functional Finance Teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
