The successful candidate will have a strong background in ICT infrastructure architectures and Operations Managed Services, including service desk experience. They will be able to work with Microsoft technologies, Cisco platforms, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent.

* Analyzing technical trends, customer challenges, and requirements.

* Designing end-to-end solutions that align with both the technical and strategic goals of the client.

* Collaborating with internal teams (technical, sales, delivery) and technology partners to shape the best possible solution.

* Writing clear, compelling, and tailored technical solutions.

* Translating complex technical concepts into accessible, customer-focused language.

* Ensuring solutions cover a broad range of environments (Cloud, On Premises, Hybrid) through Managed Services best practices.

* Designing and integrating networking and collaboration solutions, including VoIP and unified communications platforms.

Requirements
">
To be successful in this role, you must have:
">
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the IT sector.
">
* Strong technical background in ICT infrastructure architectures and Operations Managed Services, including service desk.
">
* Strong technical background in networking, infrastructure, and collaboration solutions.
">
* Comfortable working with Microsoft technologies, Cisco platforms, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent.
">
* Good knowledge on Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and hybrid IT environments.
">
* Good understanding of ITIL best practices and how they apply to managed services and solution design.
">
* Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and persuasive presentations and documentation.
">
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
">
* Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with technical, sales, and delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
