Role Description
This is a volunteer hybrid role for an Assistant to Project Manager at African Way NGO – African Peace Village Project Implementation. The position is located in Algarve-Portugal, with some work from home considered acceptable. The Assistant to Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day administrative assistance, updating the organization\'s website/social media communications, supporting executive administrative functions, and performing clerical tasks for founder Konkankoh as needed.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Strong Marketing and Communication skills
* Proficiency in Project Admin Skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting
* Experience in a non-profit or community organization is a plus
* Language skills including Portuguese
