Key Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Commercial team in Portugal. This role combines direct sales execution and collaboration with solution experts, service leaders, and delivery teams to craft innovative client-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Seek an experienced sales professional with a track record of successes in the Pharma industry who understands key priorities of the Pharma life science client segment and manages activities of a multidisciplinary team to achieve or exceed revenue and growth goals for assigned target clients.
2. Drive new business in the predominantly Pharma Life science Market segment through direct sales contribution.
3. Grow revenue by leveraging full portfolio and identifying new business opportunities.
4. Develop strategy for expanding scope on target client base and existing contracts identifying new business and win-back opportunities.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial product manager roles within pharmaceutical biotech or healthcare industry B2B account management experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy Business or related field advanced degrees are a plus.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English spoken and written.
* Strong understanding of specialty care areas e.g oncology immunology rare diseases preferred.
* Familiarity with Pharma procurement processes and decision-making structures.

* Strong communication and presentation abilities including C-level engagement.
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
* Skilled in contract negotiation and managing complex sales cycles.
