Key Responsibilities
* Lead team in the Staff Restaurant
* Develop varied daily buffet menus using highquality fresh products
* Combine daily protein with salads and healthy alternatives
* Ensure quality control of fresh ingredients
* Supervise daily mise en place
* Oversee HACCP and hygiene standards
* Optimize resources and production workflow
Profile / Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Culinary production training
* HACCP knowledge
* Flunte Portuguese and intermediate English required
* Experience with highvolume buffets
* Mastery of Portuguese and international cuisine
* Strong operational leadership skills
* Organization, precision, and attention to detail
* Availability from 7:30–16:00, fixed days off
