About Responsibilities
Within KLx, you will join the team supporting production operations and infrastructure projects for one of the Group’s major IT organizations — responsible for delivering, operating, and ensuring the performance and reliability of shared IT services used across Crédit Agricole entities.
As a Infrastructure & IT Operations Project Manager, you will contribute to small and medium‑scale projects related to infrastructure, operations, and production environments.
Your responsibilities include:
* Operational project management — framing, planning, and driving one or several projects while ensuring delivery quality.
* Risk management — identifying risks, monitoring mitigation plans, and escalating when needed.
* Budget & resource follow‑up — contributing to cost tracking and coordinating internal and external contributors.
* Project reporting — producing clear and regular reporting for stakeholders.
* Project methodology — applying the project management standards and processes used by our internal partner.
* Quality & compliance — ensuring that delivered solutions meet business and technical expectations.
* Communication & coordination — maintaining smooth interactions with infrastructure, operations, network, security, project, and business teams.
Who You Are
* At least 2 years in IT project management, infrastructure, operations, or PMO.
* Ability to drive small to medium‑scale projects with autonomy.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
* Organization & rigor in tracking actions, risks, deliverables, and timelines.
* Clear and structured communication adapted to different audiences.
* Exposure to infrastructure or production topics is a plus (Linux, networks, ITIL, monitoring, change management…).
* Project management certifications such as Prince2, PMP, or CAPM are a strong advantage.
* Fluent in English and French is mandatory.
