**Job Opportunity: Swimming Pool Attendant**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Swimming Pool Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the pool area.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hospitality or recreation-related role and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
* Safety Monitoring: Supervise pool area, enforce rules professionally, stay alert to hazards
* Guest Service: Greet and assist guests, share pool info and schedules, handle requests and complaints
* Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep pool area clean and safe, set up and close pool daily, arrange furniture and umbrellas, provide towels, shade, and drinks, clear trash and used items, follow safety protocols, monitor guest activity, report issues to management, inspect and manage cleaning schedule
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Second Language: English
* Previous experience in a hospitality, recreation, or pool-related role preferred
* Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills
* Ability to move and lift heavy furniture and equipment
* Ability to remain focused and vigilant for extended periods
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
* Attentive to detail
