OverviewWe are looking for a Mobile Business Analyst to join the team of our client – a reference company in the retail sector who is creating a new IT Hub in Portugal. ResponsibilitiesServe as both the voice of the business and user in shaping the mobile customer experience, and act as a functional expert in app platform behaviour and integration; Translate mobile-specific needs, such as navigation, features, performance, and user engagement, into technically sound, scalable, and supportable digital solutions across iOS and Android platforms; Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate business needs and opportunities; Translate business and product requirements into technical designs and user stories with acceptance criteria; Analyse system behaviour, data flows, and interactions across platform components and services; Support backlog refinement, development, testing, and UAT processes; Act as subject matter expert for platform capabilities, configurations, and interfaces; Facilitate workshops, user research, and process mapping activities; Ensure non-functional requirements (scalability, performance, support) are captured; Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and platform capability. QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems or a related field; Minimum 03 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or digital product delivery roles; Experience with digital platforms, APIs, and data-driven systems in an agile environment; Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and facilitation skills; Understanding of integration, platform services, user flows, and data models; Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives effectively; Comfortable working across developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders; Agile Business Analysis or Systems Analysis training preferred; Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
