Cyberculture Project ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesCampaign PreparationDefine scope, objectives, stakeholders, and application perimeter, including target setting.Identify gaps, dependencies, non-applicable items, and assess overall complexity and effort.Establish the cybersecurity control matrix, required evidence, and validation criteria.Lead workshops with SRM teams and providers to clarify expectations, formalize requirements, and ensure alignment on deliverables.Campaign SteeringContribute to and maintain the implementation roadmap (tasks, milestones, deadlines).
Monitor stakeholder progress and proactively flag deviations.Organize and lead regular follow-up meetings and ad hoc checkpoints.Challenge teams when necessary and escalate risks or blockers in a timely manner.Communication & ReportingKeep stakeholders informed on status, next steps, and responsibilities.Produce structured status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.Maintain a living FAQ/SharePoint space capturing key information, decisions, and lessons learned.Required Skills & Experience3+ years of experience managing Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity projects.Strong project management capabilities: roadmap creation, milestone tracking, reporting, dashboarding.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
Solid understanding of IT and information systems (servers, networking basics, CIA triad, cybersecurity testing types).
Good grasp of cybersecurity concepts.Knowledge of secure development, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and third-party risk management is highly valued.Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.Exposure to Agile methodologies is a plus.Language Skills:English- MasteryFrench- Notions / Nice to have
